The primary goal is to share the key strategies that helped every member of my team achieve 3x (or more) units than the average LO in 2024*. Our top producer closed 105 units and our bottom producer closed 57 units, compared to a national average of 21 units.**
Our time together will focus on specific ideas, strategies, and insights. We will not be focusing on target lists, number of calls per day, trackers, etc. Those are valuable, but ubiquitous in our industry.
